Because Lisa told me to write... :)

Last night was fun.

I live in a five bedroom apartment. I know three of my roommates, but there is still one that I don't know. I thought she was on vacation until school started last week and she still didn't show up. I went to the administration building and they told me that someone lives there but they must still be on vacation. It's been two weeks and no one has come in or out of the apartment. It smells bad. My roommates and I Febreze under the door so it doesn't smell so bad.

Some friends and I decided enough was enough and we needed to see what was in room #1 of my apartment. No one will come check what it is! If mystery roommate doesn't show up by Monday, I'm going to presume that our roommate is dead. I hope it's just a rotten sandwich or something.

We really didn't get into the room though. It's locked. And the window blinds are shut :(

What's going to be really awkward is if she really was on vacation and she comes home. I don't know if I will be able to look at her with a straight face because I thought she was dead. At the same time I would be happy because I would feel comforted knowing that I hadn't been living with a dead person for two weeks.

Someone brought up a point yesterday though. They said it would smell worse if she was really dead. I think they're right. I mean it smells bad, we have bugs, but it smells like our fridge did when we first got there. It smells moldy, not like rotting corpse. So I'm going to talk to administration again today and ask them to come check again. If they don't, I'll wait until Monday and see if mystery roommate shows up. If not, I'm calling the cops and they'll come check.

Well that was our adventure for last night! Kind of a weird story. Tonight should be a good time as well. We're having dessert night at my apartment!! Woohoo!

P.S. Halloween party at my apartment this year... in room #1.
