Guess what?

So you all probably know that I've been sick the past THREE weeks. Last night I ended up going to the ER and I found out that I have a stone in my salivary gland too now. It was preventing spit from being able to come out, so my neck was swelling really big. It was so scary. They told me that I might need surgery if I didn't pass the stone soon because this usually gets infected.

I prayed really hard and decided that I'm going to change my life 100%. I'm going to take every opportunity I possibly can. I'm going to live without regrets. I'm going to look at the positives. I'm going to continue to eat healthy and become more healthy because I'm sick of being sick.

Today I passed my stone. It hurt, but I did it. My swelling is going down tremendously already, and I'm drooling like crazy from all the spit coming out :) (not that you wanted to know that)

And... drum roll please.... I WON A FREE TRIP!

I signed up for this drawing type thing on campus and I really didn't think anything of it. It was for a trip to the Great Barrier Reef on the Whitsunday Islands. It's a sailing (and scuba diving if you are certified!! yay!) trip for a few days. Everything is included; the food, the drink, the transportation, everything. I go in on Monday to pick it up. I still don't know if it is just for me or if it is for two people. I hope Philip can come too.

Australia is going to get even better for me- I can feel it. I'm so happy I get to see even more of Australia without even having to pay for it! God is good.
