Today was the first day of my short-term job. I'm just working for a couple days at the election. I'm a poll person. It's really nice. I just check peoples ID, put that they voted in the computer, and that is about it. I only work today, Wednesday and I'll help count the votes on Thursday. So it's not long term, but it definitely helps!
This week and next week are my two last weeks before spring break, so there are lots of assignments due. Besides homework, I don't have too many plans this week. I'm going to my friends house tomorrow, I'm going on a date with Philip on Thursday in downtown Sydney, and this weekend Philip and I are borrowing a grill and we are going to grill ourselves some burgers.
Last weekend we went to the zoo near the Manly Beach part of Sydney. It was the coolest zoo I've ever seen. The animals were so lively! The elephants were all running around- we even got to see them get fed! It was so neat.
This is going to be a short post. I'm really tired (it's not even 7 here lol) and I keep making spelling errors. I miss you all and I hope to talk to you soon!
